Join Our CSA
In a CSA, the customer pays in for the growing season, and then picks up a box of produce each week throughout the season. We will send out a list each week of what produce is coming in the box, and will allow for substitutions. There will also be meat and some additional items available for add-on purchase each week. Our season will last from the beginning of June (June 7th) to the end of September (September 28th), with one week off. In all it will be 16 weeks of produce.
There are two pickup options:
In the Far Northwest Neighborhood of South Bend Friday nights from 4-6p.m.
On farm pickup Saturday mornings from 9-noon
Full Share
Weekly produce box of 8 items (good size for sharing with a roommate or family)
Cost: $600 for the season ($37/week)
Payment Options: $100 deposit to reserve share. Remaining $500 can be paid in full (cash or check) at first pickup, or split into four monthly payments.
Half Share
Weekly produce box of 4 items (for an individual)
Cost: $300 for the season ($19/week)
Payment Options: $100 deposit to reserve share. Remaining $200 can be paid in full (cash or check) at first pickup, or split into four monthly payments.
What to expect in your box:
Salad greens will be harvested throughout the growing season. There will be lots of variety throughout the summer, here are just a few of the items we're looking to:
June: Carrots, Bok Choi, Fresh Onions, Sweet Peas
July: Cucumbers, Zucchini, Cherry Tomatoes
August: Celery, Eggplant, Tomatoes
September: Peppers, Sweet Potatoes, Acorn Squash
